We connect girls with successful African women in tech and STEM fields to inspire, coach, and guide their journeys. We believe representation matters, and girls should see themselves reflected in their futures. The mentorship framework includes:

• Structured 1-on-1 mentorship matching based on interests and career goals

• Themed mentorship circles (e.g., coding, AI, digital marketing, entrepreneurship)

• Panel sessions, fireside chats, and masterclasses with African women leaders

• Reverse mentoring and peer mentoring for community building and shared learning

• Role modelling through storytelling: We spotlight everyday African women making big moves in tech
