Community & Policy Impact

We engage with families, communities, schools, and governments to create a more inclusive and supportive ecosystem for African girls in tech. Our ambition is to influence systemic change that creates more opportunities for generations of girls to come. Our advocacy work includes:

• Policy engagement with Ministries of Education and ICT to integrate digital and entrepreneurial education in public schools

• Collaborations with school systems to establish NGiT Tech Clubs and Innovation Labs

• Awareness campaigns to change harmful gender norms around girls in STEM

• Hosting community events and demo days to showcase local talent and innovation

• Research, reports, and thought leadership on gender, tech, and inclusive development in Africa
